If you have paid your course/workshop fee and are unable to start the course, you should request a refund of the fee.

CARIMAC will refund all or part of your fee on the following basis:

• If you cancel your place at least seven days prior to start date you will be refunded in full.

• If you cancel seven days to 48 hours prior to the start date you will be refunded in full less a 20% administration fee.

• If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to start date or after the start of the course no refund is payable.

Full refunds are automatically granted when a course is cancelled, unless a student requests enrolment in an alternate course.

Refunds will be paid at least four weeks after receipt of your written request.
