Shooting and Editing for Video (Basic)

 

Ready to launch into the world of videography? Learn basic shooting and editing by making a finished short video in four days. This hands-on course gets you up close and personal with videography from the start. The course covers the basic use of cameras and lighting, location, sound recording and picture editing on a digital format. Participants also get the opportunity to use the Premier Pro (v 1.5 and v 2) digital editing system.

Venue: UWI, Mona Campus

Skills/Tools Needed: Laptop with at least 20G hard drive space, two DV tapes (Panasonic preferably) and a DVD +R. You will need to download Adobe Premiere Pro (30-day trial version).
