This course relies heavily on the reading of scripts and radio copy for announcing and microphone presentation. There will also be some written assignments. Each participant should bring a portable tape recorder with either a good built-in condenser microphone or an external microphone. (No micro-cassette recorders.) Each participant must submit a 30-second audio cassette or CD stating name and country and stating why he or she wishes to take the course. This cassette or CD should reach CARIMAC by the May 16, 2008.
